Have you received a setback from a 'Monday product' and need a repair under warranty?
Don't panic, bring the printer in by appointment and we will ensure a solution as quickly as possible. Our warranty is a "carry-in" warranty, which means you are expected to bring the printer in. Pickup can be arranged by appointment, with our standard travel cost rates applying.
hourly rate
Our working hours are charged per started quarter hour at a rate of € 60.00/h excluding VAT, or € 72.60/h including VAT for private individuals. We do not charge a mileage fee, but our hours start from the moment we leave our location to you, at the same rate as working hours: € 72.60 per hour, calculated per started quarter hour (€ 18.15 per quarter hour, all prices including 21% VAT).

Shipping costs
Shipping within Belgium costs only €10.00 per package, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
Free shipping?
Sorry, we also have to pay for our shipments to DPD based on weight. To make free shipping financially feasible, we would have to charge a few euros for each item, which would not be fair to people who place 'larger' orders and would end up paying too much.
That is why we have chosen to charge everyone the same transportation cost.
Someone who places a larger order actually receives a discount in this way, as we do not charge the extra cost for shipping a heavier package.
NOTE: all orders (including those for pickup) must be fully paid before they are shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: all orders must be paid in full before they can be collected, unless you opt to pay upon collection. You will receive an email when the goods are ready for collection.
You can pay on-site with cash, Bancontact, Visa/Mastercard, or the Willebroek Gift Voucher.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After receipt of payment, delivery is expected to take a maximum of 7 working days, provided the items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by us and an indication of the delivery time will be provided.
Please keep in mind that, due to the busy period during peak times (holidays/sales), a package may sometimes take a few days longer to arrive.
If you choose to pick up, you will receive an email when the order is ready and can be collected.
Didn't receive a confirmation email for your order?
A confirmation is always sent to the email address you provided. Be sure to also check your junk mail or spam folder, as the email sometimes ends up there.
